Joint Declaration in lieu of Marriage Certificate (Annexure "J")

Annexure J is a signed joint photo declaration in lieu of a marriage certificate, used if one of the parties does not have a marriage certificate Or if the spouse's name is not added in the old passport, then a joint declaration has to be given in its place through Annexure J.
