E-passport

E-passport is also made in the same way as a normal passport. The application process is basically the same as before, no changes have been made in it.

To make a passport, we have to follow some steps on the basis of which we can make our passport.

• Step 1: Visit the passport seva portal – passportindia.gov.in
• Step 2: Fill the new application form.
• Step 3: Upload documents and book an appointment.
• Step 4: Get biometrics and verification done at the Passport Seva Kendra.
• Step 5: Your new smart E-passport will then be issued.
