Citizen Service Executive Assistance: 8 AM to 10 PM and Automated Interactive Voice Response (IVRS) Assistance: 24 hours.

In-person complaint at Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) or RPO(Regional Passport Office)

• If you have applied for passport , and the application is pending for police verification, you may contact the District Police Headquarters or local police station of your area for more information.
• You can contact your nearest Regional Passport Office (RPO).
• If you have applied for passport and the application is pending for printing, you can contact Regional Passport Office by taking online appointment for further information.
• You can also contact the Regional Passport Office through helpline number and email. Given below. You can lodge a complaint through your registrar email.
