Most passport-related services, such as application submission, PCC, passport renewal, and others, are carried out online. To access these services, applicants must have a login account, which can be created by registering online at the Passport Seva Portal.
In the future, if you forget your user ID, you won't be able to perform any tasks. However, you can retrieve the same by following the given methods: -
- First, check the email received during the online registration, as it contains your user ID details.
- If you cannot find the email, contact the Passport Seva Customer Support. You have to share the ARN and DD number to obtain the user ID. However, for this, you must have access to your registered email ID.
- If neither of the above methods resolves this issue, you will need to create a new user ID.
How to reset the Password?
To reset the Password, tap on the login button and click on the 'Having Trouble Logging in'. For this, you must have a registered email or mobile number or a Hint Question. By following this process, you can change your password.
