Answer: If your passport is not delivered for any reason, such as you are not at home or the address is incomplete or incorrect, it will be sent back to the Regional Passport Office (RPO). To receive it you have to schedule an appointment with the RPO, and on the appointment day, you have to explain why the passport was not delivered.
