When you get this error

You cannot submit more application forms as you have already submitted maximum number of forms.

Reason

In one Passport Login, you can create and submit maximum of five applications which can be application of new passport, renewal, PCC etc.

Note that you can create as many accounts with any single email id( or Gmail id). Unlike IRCTC you won't be penalized for doing so but for each account your login id or username will change.

Please note that every login account will mandatory be associated with an email id for getting email notifications but selecting a unique login-id or username will be optional
