Normal Passport

• Any One for Identity Proof :-
• Aadhaar Card(not proof of date of birth)
• Voter Identity Card.
• Pan Card.(Proof of date of birth).
• Birth Certificate.(for minors/adult).
• Any One for Address Proof :-
• Electricity or Water Bill.
• Rent Agreement.
• Bank Passbook or Statement.
• Proof for NON-ECR
• 10th Marksheet
• ITR (Income Tax Return) for 3 consecutive years
• Marital status :-
• Marriage certificate
• Annexure J form can also be filled.

Tatkal Passport
(3 Same ids Required in Tatkal)

• Any for Identity Proof :-
• Aadhaar Card(not proof of date of birth)
• Voter Identity Card.
• Driving license.
• Pan Card.(Proof of date of birth).
• Birth Certificate.(for minors/adult).
• Any for Address Proof :-
• Electricity or Water Bill.
• Rent Agreement.
• Bank Passbook or Statement.
• Proof for NON-ECR
• 10th Marksheet
• ITR (Income Tax Return) for 3 consecutive years
• Marital status :-
• Marriage certificate
• Annexure J form can also be filled.

Minors (Below 18 Years)

• Birth Certificate
• Aadhaar Card for Identity & Address Proof.
• Parents' Passport Copies. (If Available)
• Annexure D. (Parental Consent Form)
• Annexure C (If there is a single parent then Annexure C form is filled.)

Senior Citizens

• Aadhaar Card / Voter ID for Identity Proof.
• Address Proof (Utility Bill / Rent Agreement)
• Pension Documents (if applicable)
• Date of Birth Proof (Birth Certificate / 10th Marksheet)
• Marriage certificate/Annexure J. (form can also be filled.)

Government Employee

• Any for Identity Proof :-

• Employee ID.
• No objection certificate (NOC) from the department.
• Voter Identity Card.
• Driving license.
• Pan Card.(Proof of date of birth).
• Birth Certificate.(for minors/adult).

• Leave Certificate (if on leave)
